You can fill in the sign with any message or greeting and different clothes can also be added to make it user friendly on blogs and social media.

In this photo she is holding a blank sign nude with a transparent background suitable for editing. Click on photo to enlarge, then save to a folder in your computer. Note all photos have already been sized to fit properly when stacked in order for proper alignment.

 Using photo-editing software such as Gimp, which is free, we can add hair to suit us. Here are some hairstyle PNG transparent overlay clipart photos that we can use:

You can click on any of these transparent PNG clipart photos and then save to a folder in your computer. Once you do save one of these, you can use photo editing software, such as Gimp, to open the first photo of the girl holding a blank sign. Then you can open one of the transparent PNG photos that you have saved in your computer. Paste the hair clipart over the girl and you should have something like this:

In this case we'll want the base of the flags behind the sign. In order to do this you want to open the flags PNG clipart first, then overlay or paste the girl holding sign on top of the signs so the signs appear attached to the rear of the sign she is holding. If we paste the completed girl photo over the transparent PNG flags we'll get a new photo such as this:
